Minimum age of 23, with at least 2 years of driving experience (IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RENT A VEHICLE WITH A PROBATIONARY DRIVER'S LICENSE).
Mandatory identification, valid ID card or passport, and driver's license.
Vehicle pickup and return:
The vehicle can be picked up at our address or, by arrangement, anywhere within the Belgrade area.
Vehicle delivery is free for rentals with a duration of at least 7 days.
When returning the vehicle, the client is obligated to pay any fines issued against them during the rental period, as well as damages to the interior of the vehicle, tire and rim damage, a broken or lost key, and any other damages caused either consciously or unconsciously.
Rental duration:
The minimum rental duration is 2 days (48 hours).
The vehicle pickup and return times must be the same, with a tolerance of up to 60 minutes of delay. If the time is exceeded, an additional rental day will be charged.
If you wish to extend the vehicle rental, you are required to notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
It is possible to rent a vehicle for several months with special benefits.
Crossing the border is allowed only with permission and authorization from Family Rent a Car.
Deposit and payment:
A deposit is required for certain vehicle categories.
The full rental payment, as well as the deposit (if the selected vehicle belongs to a category where a deposit is required), is made upon vehicle pickup. Payment can be made in cash, via bank transfer, or by card on the POS terminal. All payments are made in dinars at the NBS middle exchange rate for euros.
The rented vehicle must not be used for:
Under the influence of alcohol, sedatives, narcotics, sleeping pills, or other medications;
For illegal purposes (e.g., criminal acts, customs and foreign exchange violations...);
For paid passenger or cargo transport;
For any competition, speed tests, or races;
For the operation or towing of other vehicles, trailers, or any other objects;
For the operation or towing of other vehicles, trailers, or any other items;
The service user is obligated to:
Not to overload the rented vehicle with persons or items beyond the allowed weight limit;
Not to cross the border of Serbia with the rented vehicle without the permission of Family Rent a Car;
To cover the costs of fuel used;
To properly maintain and take care of the vehicle during the rental period;
To return the rented vehicle within the agreed time frame in the same condition as when it was picked up;
To use the vehicle only for personal needs and not to rent or lend it to a third party;
To pay all fines imposed against them related to the use of the vehicle, caused by their own fault (violating traffic regulations);
